Every service/product provided by LANGA is sold on a quality basis and in order to completely satisfy the customer. LANGA assistance service is represented by a nonstop post-sale techncal support, with the aim to settle the maintenance services.
(a) To benefit from LANGA’s assistance services and informative alerts, it is necessary to be inserted in Easy LANGA’s entities module and have purchased one of the services marketed by commercial division.
(b) The technical assistance service will be fee-charging for the clients with problems not related to the service/product provided before and/or to which he is not connected.
